1. "Client", "You", "Your" and "Customer" refers to you, the person that currently uses this website or its application and is compliant to Moofer's Terms and Conditions
2. "Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company, ADEMA Group
3. "Platform" encompasses our website, App, and services collectively.
4. "App" refers specifically to the Moofer App.
5. "Account", denotes the account system associated with our services.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same. We may modify these terms at any time with notice to our customers. If you do not accept with the new terms, it's clients responsibility to stop using our services directly.

• Republish, sell, rent, or sublicense material from Moofer
• Reproduce, duplicate, or redistribute content from Moofer

Users may post or share information on the Platform. The views and opinions in these posts do not necessarily represent those of Moofer or its affiliates. Moofer disclaims all liability for user posts and comments, and you warrant that: You warrant and represent that:

• You have the legal right and required permissions to post the content
